Welcome to our Anti-Racism, Advocacy and Archiving event!

Welcome to our Anti-Racism, Advocacy and Archiving event!

Join us for a family-friendly afternoon filled with insightful discussions and activities focusing on the history of anti-racism in Irish spaces and the lessons they give us for the future in terms of promoting advocacy and archiving important historical narratives. This in-person event aims to bring together multi-racial Irish people, families and groups to share community and celebrate the achievements of Harmony (Jude Hughes and Marian Tannam) and IAmIrish (Lorraine Maher) and to map out new directions in the agenda in amplifying the dynamism of multi-racial people in Ireland and the Irish diaspora.

The event is organised thanks to a Royal Irish Academy grant to digitise the records of Harmony with the Digital Repository of Ireland.
