Thanks to the amazing speakers at the 2025 International Women’s Day gathering which  centered on the themes of women’s empowerment, gender parity, and managing racism. Conversations  included a variety of subjects, such as the obstacles encountered by minority women in their careers, the critical role of mentorship and how sponsorship is more effective today; the advantages education can provide including instances where it doesn’t provide expected results, and approaches to uplift future leaders/ next generation. Additionally, the meeting explored the role of artificial intelligence in career advancement, the significance of financial literacy, and the necessity for teamwork and clear communication to foster equality and drive social transformation.
